SENDING MAIL ISSUES

If you are using a pop3 or imap email client and are unable to send mail via our outgoing smtp mail server, then your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have disabled your ability to reach any external smtp mail server. Basically, they have blocked your access to port 25.

Some ISP's no longer allow you to access external smtp mail servers because they want you to use their outgoing mail servers, that way they can monitor what you are sending and ensure you are not spamming.

The fix is easy, simply contact your ISP and ask them the name of their outgoing mail server you may use. Then in your email client settings, change ONLY the outgoing server name to the name given to you by your ISP. Leave all other fields the same! Save the settings and restart your email client. You should now be able to send email.

You can always use our Web Mail feature, as it is not affected by this block.
